The serene Inle Lake

High up in the Burmese mountains lies the serene Inle Lake fringed by marshes and floating gardens surrounded by rolling hills.

Bicycling around Inle Lake in the sunny weather. The mountain climate of 25 C and dry air was perfect for us!

Narrow roads and lush green landscape around Inle was perfect for exploring the area on a bicycle

Much of Inle Lake's borders is covered by marshes and most of the time, the lake itself is only visible from the hills around the lake...

...or visiting one of the resorts.
